Meet your crew: Warren East &
Elizabeth Lee
Capt. Warren East began sailing as a child
in England. He holds a degree in consumer product design and
engineering and attended the UK Sailing Academy. He has chartered
throughout the Caribbean for 8 years with over 60,000 miles off
shore. He and wife Nathalie crewed a very successful 51 foot
catamaran together for 3 years. She now handles all the shoreside
activities. Warren is a PADI dive master with vast experience in
wreck and reef diving. And he is an excellent
photographer.
After graduating with a Culinary Arts
degree in 2001, Elizabeth began cooking professionally in British
Columbia, Canada. In 2003, given an opportunity of a lifetime, she moved
to the Caribbean to work on charter yachts. She has been sailing
throughout the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea ever since, specializing
in Continental, Italian, and Pacific Rim Cuisine. She joined Wonderful
in March 2006 and has had rave reviews about her eclectic gourmet meals.
