Al, an RYA Yacht Master, has been sailing since age 5 and grew up sailing
with his family around the Scottish Hebrides. His work, as a tropical
medicine entomologist brought him to the Caribbean where he continued to
pursue his love of sailboat racing and cruising and also became a PADI
Divemaster.
Sarah is a former television
producer and advertising executive. She developed her culinary skills and
learned to speak French while living in Paris for three years. She
is able to draw on her creative skills to produce menus that are diverse
while incorporating a variety of flavors from around the world.
