Dawn has one of those unforgettable personalities and the
brightest smile. Having worked in the restaurant industry for a number of
years, she will ensure that a menu is specifically designed to your
taste. A well known and popular chef in the BVI who was also once a
professional roller skating coach, Dawn has a wonderful way with people
and has some great stories to tell.
