Capt. Jack Boye has raced, cruised and owned yachts for over 40 years. He is the only American to complete the BOC single handed solo around the world race. He has over 60,000 miles and still counting. He attended Penn St. on football scholarship. He then served as Army Airborne Capt. for the US and worked on Wall Street for 25 years. He now enjoys sailing in the Caribbean and New England.

Susan grew up in Rhode Isldand and belonged to the Barrington Yacht Club. She spent summers sailing in Narragansett Bay and New England. In college she earned a BS in Nurshing and worked in Orthopedics and Neurology in major Boston hospitals. Her culinary forte is primarily French as she had training in Quebec. She also enjoys cooking traditional New England fare and inspirations from the tastes of the Caribbean.
