Meet your crew: Barry
Miller & Bridget Kane-Berman
Barry and Bridget are from Durban, and have been
chartering here in the BVI and down island for the past two years. They are both
dive masters.
Barry spent his youth sailing and racing along the coast
of Southern Africa and Mozambique. He has an MCA Master of Yachts
200 ton license and is a dive master working on his instructor license.
Bridget has always had a passion for food and enjoys
eating out at different restaurants and trying new things in the galley.
She feels that her food is a fusion of many cuisines with an over all
Caribbean influence. She cooks with a very health conscious mind, using
low fat, low sodium and low salt products in her food. But, she warns
guests that she won’t hold back on the delicious desserts!

Caribbean chicken and grape salad
beef and vegetable stir fry served in a whole wheat pita pocket
oriental style lime glazed chicken and vegetables

Goat cheese and cherry tomato tartlets
Tuna sashimi served with all the extras
New York Steak with a tangy pepper sauce
Shrimp Curry with jasmine coriander rice
Baby Back Beer Ribs with scallop potatoes
Berry compote over vanilla ice cream
Caramel Cream Tart
Dark and white Chocolate Mousse
Weekly charter rates include all meals and snacks, all
hard and soft beverages, and all water sports on the boat including 2 dives per
day in BVI's, 1 dive per day in other locations. Diver rent or bring gear.
